    Hello, I am trying to link my purchased tickets to my Disney world app but the system/app isn't allowing it. Please help :)

    Can you believe that your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is almost here!? Well, maybe just a few short weeks left, but you're almost there! You must be so excited to kick off your vacation and jump into the fun! Now, on to your question so you can get back to planning those final details of your trip!

    Maria, I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having a hard time linking your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience! That must be so frustrating, so let’s see what we can do. First, I’d recommend checking to make sure that you have the latest version of the My Disney Experience on your device. If not, go ahead and update the app before moving on to the next steps. Next, locate the email confirmation you would have received when you purchased your tickets. On this email will be a barcode with a number underneath. That number is your Ticket ID. Once you have that, open up your My Disney Experience App and open the menu by clicking on the three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Then, click on "Tickets and Passes.," and "Link Tickets & Passes." Finally, enter the Ticket ID manually or click on "Scan Code" to scan the bar code from your confirmation. That should do the trick and get you all linked up!

    Now, if that still doesn't work, it may be time to call in reinforcements in the form of the wonderful Cast Members on the My Disney Experience app team. You can reach them by calling (407) 939-4357, and they will be more than happy to help troubleshoot things further with you.
