    I have been trying to link my purchased tickets to my account and not working. I keep getting a blue screen. I have tried the app , website on both mobile and desktop. No difference. Please help!!

    Technical difficulties causing issues with linking a Disney Theme Park ticket to your Disney account, often are a result of a web browser, particularly for Guests relying on Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, or earlier versions. If you are a Microsoft user, then we recommend you upgrade to a recent browser.

    As well, please make sure that your web browser is one of our recommended browsers because disneyworld.com is designed for viewing with Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge, as well as modern mobile web browsers such as Safari on Apple iOS, and Chrome for Mobile on Google Android. For your convenience, Morris, I have included links to upgrade or download a web browser.

    Walt Disney World Resort offers the Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ services – a personal itinerary builder based on your favored Theme Park attractions and experiences, including dining. Disney Genie will map out a loose itinerary based on wait times for your selected attractions, allowing you the flexibility to choose what you like to do.
