    I am trying to link y passes to my Disney app. I have a confirmation #, but when I type it in on my app it is not registering

    Hey there, Heidi, and welcome to planDisney! The saying goes that April showers bring about May flowers, but you’ll be on your April Disney Vacation in a few short weeks. And you won’t have to wait until May for flowers because EPCOT’s International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom during your visit. Your visit is already proving that it’s going to be extra special!

    In my experience, sometimes it takes a quick platform switch to solve the most complex Disney technology issues. If you are having trouble linking your Theme Park Tickets in the My Disney Experience app, I recommend trying your luck with the online My Disney Experience platform. Linking your Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience Account is a seamless process when using Disney’s online Linking Tool. Select the “Tickets” option and log into your My Disney Experience account. Once logged in, enter your confirmation number and complete the remaining prompts. Your linked tickets will show up in your My Disney Experience app shortly after completing the process. If you still run into some issues, I recommend reaching out to My Disney Experience team Cast Member at (407) 939-4357.
