    Hello. I am trying to link my passes to my account but it says invalid. I scanned it and also entered it but I still get the same invalid message. Thanks

    It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Marie-Claude!

    Linking your theme park admission to your My Disney Experience account is one of the first things you want to do once you've got them in your hands. Linking your tickets allows you to take advantage of all of the digital vacation planning tools available to you, like making your FastPass+ selections! If you're having trouble linking your tickets there are a few things you can do, so make let's jump right in so you can get started.

    First of all, you'll want to start by making sure that you're entering the correct ID Code. There are a couple of different places they could be on your ticket cards, will call e-mail, or MagicBand, so tap the "Where is the ID number" link before you try to connect and reference the pictures to make sure that you have the right number. If you have children under the age of 10 traveling with you, you'll want to make sure that you're connecting and assigning the tickets to the right guest as well as you won't be able to assign a child's ticket to an adult. Sometimes, if I'm having some difficulty with the My Disney Experience app, I'll switch to the desktop version and that will solve it so give it a try on your computer and see if that works too! If you're still unable to link your tickets to your account, I recommend that you call the Existing Tickets hotline and a Cast Member should be able to help you set it all up. You can also visit a Guest Services location just outside the gates of any of the Theme Parks to get your tickets up and running if you're already at Walt Disney World Resort. If you're staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you can talk to someone at the Front Desk and they'll be able to help you too!
