    Hello! I am trying to link my park tickets and keep getting an error message on the app. My confirmation email has a QR code and theme park confirmation numbers. What should I try next?

    I’m sorry to hear you were having trouble linking theme park tickets to your Disney account with the Disneyland mobile app. To do this, tap the icon that looks like three horizontal lines to reach the main menu. Tap "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol. Select “Link Tickets & Passes'' and you’ll be able to scan the barcodes for the tickets with your smartphone’s camera or enter the ticket ID numbers manually. If you’re still unable to link the tickets, please call the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 for live assistance from a Cast Member.
