    I am trying to link my park tickets to Disneyland and California Adventure to my app. It is asking for a ticket reservation number to link them, but I don't have an actual ticket. I only have QR codes, which apparently don't take me to anything.

    I apologize for the challenges in attempting to link your Disneyland Resort theme park admission and I appreciate your great patience!

    Rachel, I am going to ask for your patience once again using the Disneyland Mobile App as I find it much easier to use when linking any type of ticket or reservation and most importantly, you will be able to scan the barcode and QR Code. First, kindly open your mobile device Settings and click on Notifications, look for "Disneyland" and enable Notifications. Then, let's make sure all updates are intact. Now, in the Disneyland Mobile App, let's make sure you have enabled all notifications by going into your My Profile and from there enabling your Mobile Device Notifications. These functions will enable the Disneyland Mobile App to function well and to provide you with the necessary push notifications before and during your visit.

    Here is how to link your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets using the Disneyland Mobile App.

    1. Open the Disneyland Mobile App, tap on the three stacked lines on the bottom right.
    2. On the Welcome Rachel page tap Tickets and Passes, and on that page you will be able to scan your QR Code, or you can enter the ID number on the tickets manually one at a time.

    I hope this is helpful, Rachel, if you still experience difficulties please call Disneyland Resort - Website Support for resolution as you will need to secure a Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservation in advance of your arrival.
