Hey there, Stephanie! I'm glad to meet you at planDisney, but I am sorry you are having trouble linking your theme park tickets for your upcoming trip to
Walt Disney World Resort. I know you are ready to get excited and only think about the magic that is just around the riverbend.
The first thing I would do is see if the tickets are already linked to your account. If you were logged into your
MyDisney account when you purchased them, they should be in your account without having to link them. You can check
My Plans and scroll to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Click on the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" tab to see any tickets assigned to your account.
You could also get the message that your ticket is invalid if it was purchased by a family member or friend with their MyDisney account. Rather than linking the ticket to your account, they need to reassign the ticket to you. They can go to the "Ticket, Passes & Memory Maker" tab and see all the tickets assigned to their account. If it is there, they can select your name from the "Reassign Ticket" dropdown list. For them to reassign the ticket, you have to be connected to that person's
Family & Friends list.
If neither of these work, I suggest
calling the Existing Tickets line and asking for assistance.
I hope you can get these sorted quickly so you can start focusing on your packing list. If you have any other questions, please come back to
planDisney. Hopefully, you will soon have your tickets in your account, and your mind will be filled with questions like, "What are the best snacks at Magic Kingdom Park?" We're happy to help you with everything!
Wishing You the Happiest Thoughts!
