Hi Marissa! Welcome to planDisney!
First of all, I am so sorry to read of the passing of your father. It appears you both had a love for
Walt Disney World Resort. I sure hope in two days, while visiting
The World's Most Magical Celebration, you take a moment to celebrate Dad. As the fireworks from the new nighttime spectacular
Disney Enchantment shoot high into the night, I know he will smile down on you.
So, I have done a little research on this issue and I am going to make a few suggestions. First, if you are in possession of your MagicBand and serial number, try linking it to your
My Disney Experience App by clicking on your profile and selecting "MagicBands and Cards." Choose "Link a MagicBand or Card."Enter the serial number and see what happens. I think this may be a long shot, but give it a whirl.
Next, you can always give the
Help Center for My Disney Experience and MagicBands a call at (407) 939-4357. The Help Center also features a chat function you may utilize. Heads up, wait times have been rather long lately.
Also,
Disney MagicMobile Service is available within your My Disney Experience account. Once you set up your MagicMobile pass, your smartphone acts as your ticket, connection to PhotoPass, and allows you to charge to your hotel folio.
Outside all four theme parks are ticket booths where you can pick up a ticket card with proof of ticket purchase with a valid ID and original form of payment. If time permits, visit
The Ticket Center at
Disney Springs for assistance. In my personal opinion, the staff there is the very best at troubleshooting all Walt Disney World matters.
Take some time to enjoy the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts during your visit. I highly recommend the
DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series featuring tunes from Disney musicals.
Hopefully, one of my suggestions helps! I am most definitely sending you love and pixie dust.
See You Real Soon,
Cindy
