Welcome to planDisney, Melissa!
October is one of my favorite months to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth! Be sure to periodically check the
Disney Parks Blog for announcements surrounding the spookiest time of the year! Boo!
If you’re not able to link your in-law’s tickets on the
My Disney Experience Mobile App by clicking the bottom righthand icon, selecting “Tickets and Passes”, selecting the blue “addition” button on the top righthand corner of the screen, and then following the options and prompts located on that page, then you may need to try linking your tickets on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Sometimes it is easier to link tickets there!
To link your tickets on the
Walt Disney World Resort website, follow these steps:
-Log in to your account on the official Walt Disney World Resort website.
-Select the “My Disney Experience” tab on the righthand side of your screen.
-Scroll down to select the “My Plans” tab.
-Select the middle “Park Tickets” button on the “My Plans” page.
From there, you’ll be able to follow the prompts to link your party’s tickets to your account.
If you still find that you are having troubles linking your family member’s park tickets, it may be time to
call a friendly Cast Member at (407) 566-4985. This is the “Existing Tickets” extension, and they should be able to link your tickets directly to your account with just a little information! Once they link your tickets, you should be able to see them on both your Walt Disney World Resort website account, and on the My Disney Experience Mobile App. You’ll also be able to see any Disney Park Pass Reservations, plans, and other reservations for your family members.
We hope your vacation planning is full of excitement! If you find that you have additional questions, or would like some tips and tricks to make your vacation a little bit more magical, don’t hesitate to visit us again at planDisney!
Have a
great big beautiful tomorrow!Allyn
