I am trying to link my Hotel reservation at Disney Springs to My Disney Experience. I am travelling alone but it shows that there are 2 adults and 2 children travelling, even though my actual reservation shows only me. How can I get past this ? Thanks Jan

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jan!

It sounds like you just may have encountered a glitch with the online reservation system and/or its connection to your My Disney Experience account. If you have other people linked to your Family & Friends list, there’s a possibility that your My Disney Experience account is connecting them to your reservation. If you only want your name included for the purposes of your Disney Springs area hotel reservation (as well as any Theme Park tickets you’ve connected to your account), I would recommend first trying to log out of your My Disney Experience account completely and then logging back in again. If the wrong information is still showing up, give the “Disney Resort Hotel Reservations” helpline a call and speak with a Cast Member who should be able to straighten it out for you.

I had a similar situation last month when I accidentally put my husband’s name twice on the reservation, but when I tried to fix it to include my name and my daughter’s, I was unable to do so through the My Disney Experience mobile app or online portal. Within 10 minutes on the phone, though, a fabulously helpful Cast Member got our reservation straight so we were able to make our FastPass+ selections on schedule.

Best of luck with your situation, Jan! I’m sure it’ll be a quick fix.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help you as you prepare for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
