The resolution to this problem will depend on the kind of reservation you have. If you have a
Walt Disney World resort hotel reservation and you made the reservation directly through the Walt Disney World Resort, then I recommend that you call 407-939-5277 to modify that reservation. If you booked through a third-party site or travel agency, contact a representative with that site or travel agency to make changes to the reservation. And, if you booked a non-Walt Disney World resort hotel, contact that resort hotel directly to change the reservation.
If you are in My Disney Experience trying to
link your resort hotel reservation, you should be able to match the guests from your
My Family & Friends List in your
My Disney Experience account to the resort hotel confirmation number when you link it. Once you are able to link that resort hotel reservation, be sure to check the
My Disney Experience Mobile app to make sure the reservation appears in My Plans. Once your room is assigned, you will be able to see the room number in the mobile app as well!
Since you are about to arrive soon, I also suggest that you double-check to make sure you have
Disney Park Pass system reservations for everyone in your party. If you have not yet secured park pass reservations, do so as soon as possible! On our most recent visit, we had park pass and
advanced dining reservations for each day of our trip. As soon as you get that resort hotel reservation issue resolved, take another look through your park plans, make adjustments as needed, and check the
operational updates to review any changes to dining or theme park experiences.
