I am trying to link my family's reservation with my sisters reservation and we can't seem to get it to work? Do i need to call to do this. We want to be able to book things together.

    Hello Martha!

Welcome to planDisney with an excellent planning question. Making plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort with family and friends can be a little extra work, but the reward of the core memories will make it worth it. You will all enjoy EPCOT’s International Flower and Garden Festival. I come for the topiaries but I stay for the offerings at the Outdoor Kitchens

Making plans with family and friends is made a little easier by using My Disney Experience. I find that when I am trying to connect or share plans with family members, it is much easier to troubleshoot using a computer or laptop. To share your reservation and other plans with your sister in My Disney Experience, click on the “My Family & Friends” tab. Scroll down to your sister’s name and click “Update” next to her name. Make sure that you have “All My Plans” selected and then click “Save.” Click “Update” next to your name and confirm that your list is being shared. This will allow your sister to see everyone on your reservation, ages 18 and over, as well as see everyone on your Family & Friends list.

Once you have confirmed your shared plans with your sister, you will be able to see everything in the My Plans tab. In the My Planning Party section, you will see all reservations shared with your family and friends. If you scroll down to the My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section, you will see your confirmed Park Pass reservations and Advanced Dining Reservations.

While you are updating your Family and Friends list, I would also suggest that you all share your “My Disney PhotoPass Photos” by checking the box for each member of your party. This will allow everyone to upload all photos captured by Disney’s PhotoPass Photographers to a shared Memory Maker account. You can capture your magical moments taken in front of the most magical landmarks on the planet. The World’s Most Magical Celebration is in full swing and you can explore the Magic Shots and special effects available during this 18-month celebration. Once your trip has ended you can download, post, and share your precious memories with all of your family or on social media.

Now that you are connected, you can continue to book experiences as a group using the Disney Genie+ service or buy Individual Lightning Lane experiences for your group, starting at 7:00 AM each morning. I am wishing you a trip full of magic.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
