I am trying to link my e-tickets to my Disney app but it keeps saying that the URL is bad. I bought the tickets right before COVID close the parks down and am supposed to be able to used them until 12/16/21. What can I do?

    Hello Elena,

It's terrific to see you with us here at planDisney! It's also exciting to see you're planning your visit to the Disneyland Resort. Whether you're marching up Main Street, U.S.A. at Disneyland Park, teaming up with superheroes at Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park, or enjoying any of the attractions, entertainment, and delightfully delicious foods, there's always splendid surprises in store at the Disneyland Resort.

I'm sorry to hear that you're running into an issue with linking your theme park tickets to your Disneyland Resort account. You're correct that the Disneyland Resort did extend the expiration dates for select ticket types, and it sounds like yours is one of those ticket types. If you're still running into a snag linking your theme park tickets online or through your Disneyland Resort mobile app, you'll want to reach out to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. I'm hopeful that a Cast Member can help you with linking your tickets and getting you all set. Once you have your theme park tickets linked to your account, you can make your theme park reservations, and then you'll be ready for all the magic that awaits you.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today, Elena!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
