    I am trying to link my Disneyland Reservation to my App with my QR code, but it is saying I have an invalid number. I do not see my ID number listed anywhere in my confirmation email.

    Thank you for consulting planDisney for your Disneyland Resort planning. It seems like you’re an avid planner and planning properly on the Disneyland Mobile App. Sometimes glitches happen, so I recommend you check for any updates and enable automatic updates on your mobile device, as well, please check your operating system and web browser for your mobile device. The Disneyland Mobile App minimum device requirements for iOS devices is iOS 13 and above and for Android devices 8.0 (Oreo) and above provide a more efficient experience. If a device does not meet the minimum requirements then Guests may experience glitches, slower performance and Guests will not receive updates or new features. If issues still persist kindly contact Disneyland Resort "Website Support" for assistance, rest assured this can be resolved.

    Stephanie, the unique QR code sent with your email confirmation will be scanned by the QR Code Reader on your mobile device. When attempting to link your QR code, sometimes the Disneyland Mobile App will ask you to enable your device camera. To link your QR code in the Disneyland Mobile App here is what to do:
    1. Open the Disneyland Mobile App.
    2. On the Home Screen look for three short lines at the bottom of the page and tap, please.
    3. On the Welcome Page look for the “Tickets and Passes” field and please tap.
    4. On the “Tickets and Passes” page tap the little, blue bars saying “Link Tickets & Passes.”
    5. A dark screen will show up asking you to centre the Code within the outline box, or at the bottom, you have the option to “Enter the ID Number” manually using the ID number in small print beneath the barcode.
    6. Follow through with the prompts for confirmation.

    Once everything is settled, Stephanie, please secure your Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations using your linked, valid theme park admission, and if you are visiting with friends, please link their theme park admission by looking for the “Link to Account” button near the bottom of the Welcome Page with all the planning fields. Linking everyone will enable you to include your friends in your planning, provided they too, have valid theme park admission and a Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservation.
