Hiya Diane!Welcome to planDisney! I just recently started using the Disney MagicMobile service and I am shocked that I have taken so long. I love using it to enter the Parks and how cute the designs are. Frankly, any method that gets me into Walt Disney World Resort Parks faster is my favorite thing. Diane, the first thing I would ask your daughter is if she has updated her phone lately. Many times when this occur it occurs it is because of a needed update. At this time the minimum device requirement needed for an iPhone to work with Disney MagicMobile Service is for it to have iOS 14.4 and later. Don't forget the famous IT piece of advice which is "turn it off and turn it back on." I would even log out and log back into the My Disney Experience Mobile App. If that doesn't work I would also see what Region her phone is set to and make sure it is correct. If you continue to have trouble there is a chat feature in the My Disney Experience Mobile App where you can speak to a Cast Member for some assistance. Once it all works make sure to set it for Express Mode by going to your Apple Pay and Wallet Settings on your iPhones and finding your Disney MagicMobile Pass. Express Mode lets you use your pass quickly in the Parks by not requiring you to unlock your device.
