Greetings Wesly, and welcome to planDisney!
This is a great time to plan a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. The
50th Anniversary Celebration is in full swing, with special merchandise, menu items, and entertainment created specifically for the 18-month celebration. My favorite is
Disney’s Fab 50 Character Collection. You will find 50 golden sculptures of your favorite Disney Characters in all 4 theme parks.
Planning a Disney trip with family & friends is even more special because of all the core memories you will make during your adventure. To keep everyone in the loop, you will want to connect in My Disney Experience. Just sign in to your account and click the
My Family & Friends tab. Next, check to see if your daughter’s name appears on your list. If you are already connected, you will just need to update what plans you are sharing. Click “
Update” next to her name and change the setting of what plans she can view. Select the “
All Plans” option for her to see all of your plans. You should also check the “
My Disney PhotoPass Photos” to allow you to share a
Memory Maker. Click
Save, and you are all set.
If you do not see your daughter on your list, click on “
+Add a Guest.” When asked how you would like to connect, choose “
I’ll enter their name and age.” Enter your daughter’s name and age, choose the “
Invite this Guest to connect” option, and enter the email address she uses to access her My Disney Experience account. Your daughter will receive an invitation to connect with you. Once she accepts, you will be able to share all your plans.
If you have already purchased your tickets, you can make your
Disney Park Pass reservations together, upload PhotoPass photos to a Memory Maker account, and book your Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lane selections together too. Being connected allows you to enjoy the magic of planning a fantastic vacation together.
If you need any help with making
dining reservations or booking Enchanted Extras, please come back and see us again.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
