    Hello, I am trying to link our 14 day tickets that we bought as a package with hotel through WDW on their website but I cannot find our ID ticket numbers

    Hello there, Margaret! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so glad you’ve stopped by with your question. It sounds like you’ll soon be visiting the Happiest Place on Earth, with an amazing 14-day Theme Park Ticket! I’d love to try to help you figure out how to link your tickets successfully to your My Disney Experience Account. 

    I spoke with a Guest Services Cast Member about your concern and she assured me that as long as your tickets are part of a Vacation Package, they should immediately link into your My Disney Experience Account once you link your Resort Hotel Reservation. After you link the Reservation, you should be able to view your Park Tickets under the “Tickets & Memory Maker” tab on your “My Plans” page within My Disney Experience. If you’ve already done this or it does not work for you, the next suggested step would be to call the UK reservations number at 0800-1690-730 to confirm that your Park Tickets are indeed park of your Vacation Package Reservation. If they are not, the wonderful Cast Members in Guest Services should be able to offer alternative ways of linking them to your account.

    Margaret, I hope that this information helps you get everything set up within your account so that you can begin making plans for your next Walt Disney World vacation! Make sure that you familiarize yourself with the new Park Pass system which will allow you to make Reservations for one Theme Park per day for each day of your visit. Plus make sure you’ve downloaded the latest version of the My Disney Experience Mobile App before your visit so that you can make (and change!) your plans as you please, on the go!
