    hi i am trying to link my 2 day park hopper tickets to my disney account but website says i should have a 10 , 12 , 17 digit number to input, but mine has 12 then a scratch off area that revels 4 more numbers???/or am i doing it wrong or ???

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! It's very exciting that you have planned to spend two days at “The Happiest Place on Earth!” I’m glad to hear that you’re preparing for your visit by linking your tickets to your account on the Disneyland Resort website. Once linked, you can access the ticket through the Disneyland Mobile App and go straight to the turnstiles to enter the park!
     
    The Cast Member I spoke to confirmed that tickets have a 10, 12 or 17 digit number to input into the website. Is it possible that you have a Disney Gift Card and not a Park Hopper ticket? Disney Gift Cards usually have a scratch off section on the back of the card, while theme park tickets do not. 
     
    If you do have a Disney Gift Card, you can use it towards the purchase of a 2-Day Park Hopper ticket. Tickets can be purchased online, at the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance ticket booth or at the Disney Store. Disney Gift Cards can also be used at participating locations throughout the Disneyland Resort theme parks, hotels and Downtown Disney District!
