Hi Michael,
Welcome to planDisney!
Well, let's see what might be happening with
linking those tickets. First, double-check to make sure that the tickets are valid for the dates you are trying to reserve in the parks. If you purchased tickets through a third-party vendor, make sure that you have the actual ticket numbers to link. If you continue to have difficulty, you will need to
contact a Cast Member by phone to get assistance.
Also make sure that your daughter is listed in your
My Disney Experience account through the
My Family & Friends List. I manage my girls' My Disney Experience profiles. Once you have those tickets linked, you need to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations for each day that you have valid theme park admission and plan to visit a theme park. Keep an eye on the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure there is park pass availability before you try making park pass reservations.
Looking at your arrival date, I also hope you have made some
advanced dining reservations. These are a must-have, even if just for a few meals. We love having guaranteed times to dine even though we also use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering.
Michael, if your daughter is younger, be sure to check the
Attractions list to review height requirements for rides at the parks. We made sure we knew what our girls could ride before we took them on their first trip so that they were not disappointed in the parks. One of our girls was just barely 40 inches tall when we took that first trip and she was occasionally stopped by a Cast Member to check her height. I will never forget how she jumped for joy when the Cast Member at Soarin' Around the World said she was good to go!
Sending a little extra pixie dust as you get ready for a special trip with your daughter!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
