I am trying to link my daughter (15 year old) magic key to her account, on her phone.. when we sign into her account we get the error YOU ARE NOT ELGIBLE TO SIGN IN OR REGISTER HERE. But she has an account

    Hi ya, Anisa!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by. I’m more than happy to help you with this. Terms and conditions for Disney Parks online accounts allow for Guests 18 and older to create full-featured accounts. Guests ages 13-17 will be able to create a limited access account. With that being said, since your daughter is under the age of 18, you will have to be the one to link reservations to their account on their behalf.

I think the error message you are receiving is because of her age and limited access. Once she turns 18, she will be able to manage herself entirely. It wasn’t until I turned 18 that my parents let me visit the Disneyland Resort alone with friends. Honestly, after practically growing up in the parks, I felt like I could have done it at a much younger age, but safety comes first! My husband and I joke that our oldest son could manage the parks too, but we always remind him that since we continue to take him, he will eventually be the one to bring us along.

Anisa, I hope this helps answer your question. Have an incredible year unlocking the magic and please be sure to let us know if there’s anything else we can help with!
