Hi there, Cheryl! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble linking your tickets through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Tech issues are never fun for anyone, so let me see if I can help you through the process.
If you haven't tried yet, it may be a good idea to try to link the tickets to your
My Disney Experience account online using your laptop or desktop computer instead. To
link your tickets, click "select" in the box listed for "Tickets." You'll be prompted to input your will call confirmation number and submit the form. It should be fairly simple and be linked in a dash!
However, if your confirmation number is not accepted this way either, it may time to enlist the help of a true super hero! Mr. Incredible? Elastigirl? No, a Walt Disney World Cast Member! Though I know this may add a bit of time to the process, Cast Members are kind, friendly and can wave their magic wand to fix just about any problem in the world (or at least in Walt Disney World)! Simply call the number for
Existing Tickets to get help from a Cast Member to link your tickets.
Cheryl, once the problem is solved and your tickets are linked, it's time to put on your super-suit and continue planning your vacation! The next step in your process is to make park reservations for the duration of your stay using the
Disney Park Pass Reservation System. As a reminder, you will only need to make a reservation for the park you plan to start in each day. If you have purchased the Park Hopper option, you can hop to any other park after 2 p.m. without making an additional reservation.
I hope I've helped answer your question today, Cheryl! Again, I'm very sorry for the difficulty in linking your tickets and I'm keeping all my fingers crossed that my recommendations help!
Have a magical vacation!
Ashley
