Trying to get my kid her mr Disney experience set up but it won’t let us. It kicked her out and said she wasn’t allowed. Please help.

    Hi Patricia! Welcome to planDisney!

It looks like your daughter will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort soon! It is a smart idea to have her vacation plans set up on a My Disney Experience account so she can get her Walt Disney World theme park tickets linked and her Disney Park Pass reservations in place. Once she has those two items, she'll be well on her way to a magical trip!

Guests who don't already have an account and are ages 13 and older can have their own My Disney Experience account. You should be able to set it up on the Walt Disney World website. She will need a different email address linked to her account than what is on your account.

If your daughter is under 13-years-old, she will need to be added to your My Disney Experience account until she reaches that age. That would also explain the website not allowing you to create an account for her. If she is older than 13, you may have to give Disney a call at (407) 939-4357 so a Cast Member can help walk you through the process.

I hope this helps, Patricia! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
