Welcome back to planDisney, William! I'm so glad to be able to answer your question today. A crew of 7 adults and 3 kids sounds like the making of a magical vacation, and I'm happy to help you figure out the reservation process so you can get your trip on the books and start planning!
You're in luck, William, because May 2026 is open for booking, so you can absolutely start locking in things for your party right now. Since you'll need three rooms, the key detail is that you'll make three separate reservations, one for each room, rather than one big booking for the whole group. Online, that simply means you'll complete the first room, check out, and then repeat the process for rooms two and three. If you prefer, you can also
call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and Tickets and have a Cast Member create three reservations for you; either way works!
For a Value Resort, I love recommending
Disney's Pop Century Resort. It's bright, fun, and super practical for families with newly refurbished rooms, quick-service dining, and best of all, the
Disney Skyliner. The Skyliner gives you easy breezy access to
EPCOT and
Hollywood Studios, which is a huge time-saver with a larger group. Pop Century also shares a Skyliner station with
Art of Animation, so you've got an extra quick-service dining option just a short walk away!
If you're leaning Moderate, consider
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. It's got a relaxed vibe that still has the Disney magic, a gorgeous pool complex, tons of dining choices, and a central location that makes bus transport simple. Rooms are spacious, and the resort's spread-out layout gives everyone a little breathing room after a long park day.
Once you've made your three reservations, you can hop into
My Disney Experience to link them all together. Add each confirmation number and make sure everyone is connected under Family & Friends. That way, you can coordinate
dining reservations for the whole group and plan
Lightning Lanes together without juggling separate lists.
Here's a pro tip: once you've made your reservations online, call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and Tickets so a Cast Member can note that those three reservations are traveling together. That way, you can request connecting rooms or rooms close together! It's not a guarantee, but everyone will do their best to accommodate your requests where possible.
I hope this answers your question, William, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
