Hey there Tamyka! Welcome to planDisney! I see that you are venturing into The Most Magical Place on Earth with tiny humans. You are quite the brave soul! The most exciting part is that you’re only two weeks out from your vacation!
As a dad with three kids under six, strollers are a necessity for me in the parks. They keep everyone comfortable, rested, and most importantly, restrained!
Stroller rentals are available at
Disney Springs and each Theme Park. Unfortunately, you can not reserve a stroller online, as they as they are based on availability and not guaranteed. You can reserve your stroller by stopping at the Stroller Rental desk on your first visit to the Theme Parks or Disney Springs. If you plan to use this option, please know that the stroller must be returned each day when you leave.
If you will need a stroller outside of the theme parks, you can consider using an outside vendor like Disney's Featured Provider, ScooterBug. Using an outside vendor would also give you the option to reserve the stroller before your visit and keep it the entire length of your stay. A link to the ScooterBug website is included at the stroller rental link above.
My biggest dad tip for hitting the Theme Parks with little ones is to bring a bag of Dum-Dum pops with me into the parks. Whenever I end up in an attraction standby queue, I hand a sucker (or a few) to the kids. It keeps their hands off of the rails and keeps them quiet for a little while! I used to worry about all the sugar, but everything goes when on vacation at Walt Disney World!
I hope this helps, Tamyka! If you have any more questions while planning, drop back by and
ask me. Soon you’ll be immersed in the magic of Walt Disney World!
Until next time,
PG
