Hi Maritza,
Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World? As a long-time Disney fan, I hear that question a lot. I love hearing that your conundrum is choosing between those two destinations. Either way, you'll enjoy the Disney difference. Personally, I love both Disneyland Resort AND Walt Disney World, and the lists of reasons I love each of them are long yet varied. I've really enjoyed vacationing at both Disney destinations in the January/February time of year. I'd generally say that the weather-wise comparison is comparable and ranges from "shorts and T-shirt" weather to "need a light jacket" weather to "downright chilly" weather. Of course, weather being unpredictable as it is, there are times when I have visited Walt Disney World and wished I had packed a warmer coat. If you were seeking to compare the two locales in say, August, it'd be a different story and less comparable.
Personally, the question I'd encourage you to ask is not how the weather differs, but how the experience differs. For me, Disneyland Resort feels like a more intimate and everything-is-nearby experience where I can walk to each theme park, restaurant, and entertainment venue. I love its history, originality, and closeness. Walt Disney World, for me, feels like a more expansive and everywhere-is-a-wonder experience where I can spend days in each theme park and also explore the water parks, Disney Springs, Disney's BoardWalk, and the Resorts.
As for travel packages for each destination, I can encourage you to check out the

Maritza, once you choose your destination, please do come back with questions so we can help with more planning!
