    I am trying to fix my payment arrangement for my passes, I called the number but it keeps getting disconnected. What can I do, I want them all to be on the same card and one of them is not working.

    If you are a California resident and opted for monthly payments for your Disneyland Magic Key, you will want to call the Magic Key Holders phone line and speak with a Cast Member to update or change your credit card on file. Monica, during busy times of the year - like Christmas and New Year's - the wait time can be lengthy. If you are a Southern California local, you may opt to visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth in person and have a Cast Member change your payment method. 

    Monica, be sure to follow the Disneyland Magic Key Instagram. It has information and news on upcoming offerings for Magic Key Holders. I also suggest checking out the Magic Key Portal in the Disneyland Mobile App for fun surprises and current offerings!
