    Trying to find out the status of our magic bands. I am not able to access them under My Disney Experience. I keep getting an error magic. We are arriving on June 24th and was hoping to receive them by then.

    Welcome to planDisney! Your vacation is almost here, how exciting!

    Jacqueline, have you tried viewing your MagicBands on My Disney Experience online? That’s the way that I like to confirm my MagicBands have been ordered. To do this, sign in and select “My MagicBands and Cards”. If this is the area you were going to before, try using a different internet browser! If you’ve already purchased the MagicBands, you’d see them listed here for your party. Remember, that orders placed around 11 days before your arrival can be shipped to your home. If you were to pick them up at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, they can be ordered at least six days before arrival.

    One other way to check the status is by using the email you received when you purchased the MagicBands. Within that email, they detail a timeframe of shipping and give you a link to “Manage MagicBands”. In my past experience of getting my MagicBands shipped to me, they have come right before my trip, so hopefully yours are close!

    Finally, you can also connect with the My Disney Experience and MagicBand desk. Hopefully, they’d be able to look at your reservation, confirm that your MagicBands are all ordered, and are either being shipped out or sent to your resort.
