I am trying to find the site that has our profiles. My husband has a 3 day no expire ticket stored there and I was checking for that and how to use it. I still have the key to the world card and paper receipt, but at some point a rep. had me transfer it

Hey Howdy Hey Joan and welcome to planDisney!

Thank you so much for dropping by with your question about your accounts and tickets. I will be happy to try and navigate you through this process as it sounds like a lot might have changed since you purchased your tickets a while back. Not to worry Joan, you've got a friend in me!

The first place you will want to check for your ticket is online through your My Disney Experience account. Once you log in, look under the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and look for the heading "My Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" which you will click on. Once you click on that heading, you should see all the tickets you have linked to your account. This should be the same for your husband and depending on where the ticket was linked, you may see it in one place but not the other.

For some reason, if you do not see the tickets you are looking for there you might have to give Disney a call. Feel free to reach out to Disney at (407) 934-7639 and a Cast Member will help you find the tickets and have them reactivated to your account.

Once you have your tickets linked, to access them during your next stay, you have several options to do so. MagicBands, MagicBand+, MagicMobile and in some cases you still do have the option to set up the card access, similar to the older Keys to the Kingdom card. You can shop for MagicBands and MagicBand+ through ShopDisney or you can purchase them once you get onsite at most gift shops or stores in the parks. MagicMobile can be set up before you leave for your trip right from your smart device with the My Disney Experience app. If you wanted to go with the card option, you will stop by the front desk at your Disney Resorts Collection hotel upon arrival or at the ticket window before you go into the parks. A lot of options with so many conveniences to them all!

I hope that helped to get you pointed in the right direction and best of luck planning your next trip! If you have any further questions, please feel free to stop back and let us know, we would be happy to help.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Nick
