    I trying to find out what I recieve for paying the extra money for MNSSHP. Also, do I need to purchase one for my husband and I or just the children? The website's PDF regarding this event will not open. I tried numerous x's on different computers & d

    Hi Kelly!

    Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) is my favorite special event at the Magic Kingdom (MK)! I absolutely love seeing the MK all decked out in cool Halloween decorations. I personally think its worth the money & its a must do for me each year.

    Its a special ticketed event so the MK isn't as crowded which shortens lines & makes it easier to maneuver the park. But I make my main focus the special events available only during MNSSHP. Everyone (including adults) is encouraged but not required to dress up. You'll be boarding rides so keep that in mind when selecting costumes & wear comfortable shoes.

    Here are some highlights that take place only during MNSSHP:

    * Trick-or-Treat locations throughout the park (they will be shown on the Guide Map)
    * Special Character Meet & Greets (often unique ones only seen during special events - we saw all 7 Dwarfs together, Jack Sparrow, Jack Skellington & Sally and some of the Princesses with their Princes among others)
    * Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade - the Headless Horseman and the Grave Diggers make this parade worth the price of admission (its easier to get a good spot for the 2nd parade)
    * Not-So-Scary Street Jam with the Creepa Crew
    * Happy HalloWishes Fireworks
    * Villains' Dance Mix & Mingle
    * Character Dance Parties (Monstrous Scream-O-Ween Ball and Woody's Happy Harvest Roundup)

    Most of the popular attractions are open during MNSSHP (check the Guide Map for a complete list). There is special event merchandise and Halloween-themed specialty treats.

    All Guests ages 3 and up will need to purchase a special event ticket for MNSSHP.

    If you've never been to MNSSHP, you'll love this spooktacular event!

    Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
