I an trying to find out which quick serve dining places offer gluten free and dairy free options. My family has a lot of dietary restrictions and my son has 30 food allergies.

    Hi, Danielle!

Whenever dining at Walt Disney World, whether Quick Service or Table Service, please feel free to ask for a list of ingredients or speak directly to the restaurant's chef. Cast Members will be happy to assist you in ordering appropriate food items for your son.

In preparation for your magical visit to Walt Disney World, please read through information on Special Dietary Requests. This should answer some questions for you regarding what is done to assist those with allergies. Next, send an email to Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com. Explain your needs, and include your email address and phone number so a Cast Member can get in contact with you.

If making any dining reservations for Table Service locations, you can make a note that you have guest allergies. Then, upon arrival, let your server know of all allergies.

I hope you find plenty of safe, healthy, and delicious meals for your son to enjoy during his super fun vacation to visit Mickey Mouse and his Pals!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
