Hello and Welcome, Lisa. I bet you are getting so excited for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation later this month! It will be here before you know it.
Lisa, I am an avid diet soda drinker and order one with most of my meals while I am
dining at Walt Disney World. The price of your soda is really going to depend on where you are eating. More expensive restaurants are going to charge a bit more than less expensive restaurants as a general rule of thumb. I think a good budgeting price point per soda at a table service restaurant is about $4.50 per soda. It's a little pricey but the good news is all table service dining locations that serve soda do, in fact, offer free refills. Most restaurants that are owned by Walt Disney World like Chef Mickey's and 'Ohana are all going to have the same pricing for a soda with your meal. Where you'll find the slight variation is going to be at restaurants not owned by Walt Disney World such as The BOATHOUSE at Disney Springs.
If you are a soda fan like myself, I highly recommend stopping by
Coca-Cola Store at Disney Springs and making your way upstairs to the
beverage bar. They have a wide variety of sodas and experiences to choose from up there such as the Freestyle Experience where you get to sample up to 5 refills in an hour or blend any of the over 100 self-serve choices to make your own unique flavor. You can also do a taste around the world, sampling 16 different beverages from various countries or give your hand a try about being a mixologist as you muddle your own fresh ingredients to craft your own concoction. My family's favorite experience is the coke-float tray enjoying some classic float flavors while trying some new ones as well! The Coca-Cola Store is a lot of fun and a fairly inexpensive treat to have while you are on vacation. I hope you'll check it out.
I hope this helps you budget in some sodas with your meals while you are on vacation, Lisa. If you have any other questions before you go, please stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help. Enjoy!
