Hi Krysten! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
When you purchased your
Magic Key, you should have received an email confirmation of your purchase along with your payment summary. Try searching your email client for the following sender: dlr.guest.mail@disneyonline.com. If you have access to that email, you can link your Magic Key in the app. I'd be happy to walk you through how to do that!
Open the
Disneyland mobile app and tap the three-bar menu on the lower right side. This should bring up a series of tiles, including the "My Tickets & Passes" tile at the top. Tap to select. You'll want to tap the option to "Link Tickets & Passes" to link your Magic Key. You have two options to link: "Camera" or "Type ID." These options are displayed as tabs at the top of the screen. Tap the option you'd prefer to use to link your Magic Key. I always manually enter my passes and tickets, but use the method you'd prefer!
If you misplaced your Magic Key purchase confirmation email, never fear! Please call the dedicated
Magic Key Holders phone line, so a helpful Cast Member can assist you. Be ready with the information associated with the purchase, including your email address. This will help them look up your Magic Key details. I've had tickets go missing electronically that were long expired and the Cast Member I spoke with on the phone was able to work their magic in digging them up, so I just know you'll be in good hands.
You'll want to link your Magic Key and make your theme park reservations as soon as possible.
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort is an incredibly popular time to visit and it is possible for a park or a day to fill up. Even with your Magic Key, reservations aren't guaranteed. I don't want you to miss out on the festive fun!
I hope this helps!
Elizabeth
