Trying to find healthy food options. Is the fresh tossed salad at POR a QS option on the DDP? My 7yr old loves salad. Is she able to get a child's size salad with one of her QS credits? Any other suggestions for more healthy QS options please? Thank you.

    Hi there, Jill!

Every Quick Service location will offer a variety of healthy menu items, including sandwiches (made on multigrain or wheat bread), grilled chicken, and, of course, salad. Additionally, side item choices for the kids' meals now include carrots, applesauce, apples, and  grapes.

While a child-size salad is rare, you might consider one of the lighter choices, opting for the fruit/veggie sides, and sharing a salad and the child entree; a half-salad, half sandwich, and fruit/veggies will make a filling combination that both can enjoy and still get the use of the credits.

Many fan sites solicit menus from Disney restaurants. One of the best of these is www.AllEarsNet.com, which collects and updates menus from both Table and Quick Service restaurants. This way, you can get a handle on where you'd like to dine in each Park before visiting. Please remember that this is an unaffiliated site, and information is not provided by Disney.

    Have a wonderful time!

    See you later, celebrator,
