I am trying to find my cruise credit for a Covid-19 cancelled cruise. The phone number is invalid. Can someone give me a valid phone number??

Ahoy there, Tammy. Welcome aboard planDisney!

While I'm sorry to hear you were affected by cancellations, I'm thrilled to know you're looking to get back on the high seas with all haste! Let's dive in!

Hmmm...faulty information, huh? You didn't happen to get a phone number from Scuttle, did you? His heart is always in the right place (it's in the foot, you know...) but sometimes he doesn't actually know as much about the human world as he thinks - unless it's telling snarfblatt from a dinglehopper. Or, if you happened to be "goin' down the bayou..." remember... the first rule of the bayou is never take directions from a gator...if only seagulls and gators had thumbs, they could've used the helpful Disney Cruise Line Navigator app!

No matter where you wound up, we've got you course-corrected and I have good news! As of this writing, I was able to confirm there are two numbers to use to apply your Future Cruise Credit and get your preparations ship shape - I called both myself this morning! You can send a flare...er, phone call...to (866) 325-6685 or (407) 566-7797 to speak with a crew member! These numbers are subject to change, but as I said - I tested them this morning. It may also be helpful to track down your original reservation number when calling in!

Now, it's important to note that all Future Cruise Credits offered due to the COVID-19 operations suspension can be used on or before September 30, 2022. If you are not able to use your Future Cruise Credit, you will be eligible for a refund up to the amount of your original voyage fare. Lucky for you, there are many sailings with plenty of staterooms available between now and then, including on the new Disney Wish, so I'm hoping you'll find a cruise that works for you and your crew!

Here's a bonus "planDrew-approved" tip for you: we love to sail during the school year and away from school breaks, so to maximize the value of your cruise credit, be sure to at least check the difference between sailings just before and after Labor Day...you might be shocked at the value that comes with a few extra days off of school for any little Castaways in your crew!

I hope that helps you chart the course for this leg of your voyage, Tammy! Thank you so much for sailing my way with your question! If any others surface as you continue planning, please drop another message in a bottle my way here at planDisney!

Here's to fair winds, following seas, and better navigation from here on out!
