    I have been trying to find clarification around whether or not adults can dress up with their child's disney characters for dinning, family photos, high tea experience etc. Im only asking as I've read it's a No though hoping exceptions.

    Welcome to planDisney, Sophie!  Thank you for visiting planDisney for clarification.  I am happy to help you and your family get ready for your vacation on the Disney Wonder.

    Disney Cruise Line invites adult Guests to dress in costume during themed sailings like Halloween on the High Seas and also during Pirate Night on all sailings. During other times, I have dressed in attire inspired by my favorite Disney characters.  This is referred to as "Disney bounding".  It is a great way to incorporate accessories or specific colors into your attire for dinner, character experiences, and family photos. 

    For Pirate Night, costumes should be family-friendly and not obstructive.  Masks that completely cover a face worn by anyone, regardless of age, should only be worn when standing still at photo locations and must be carried when moving around the ship. Toys and props that resemble guns, knives, or similar items should not be brought on board so that the embarkation process is not delayed.
