    I am trying to find out what the cancellation policy is for the Walt Disney World hotels, The Art of Animation in particular? Can't seem to find it anywhere. Thank you!

    Hi Gail!

    No matter the resort, if you reserved a room only or a package, that will determine how your cancellation request is handled.  If you reserved a room only, and would like to cancel, notification of the cancellation must be received more than 5 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If you reserved a package, you have the 45 days prior to your arrival to cancel. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your arrival, a cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund you are owed.

    If you choose to cancel your reservation, call (407)939-7429 and they will be able to help process your request.
