    I am trying to find the most affordable way to take my wife to Disney World.... do you know of any discounts or if/when ticket prices are discounted? Thanks! Kyle

    Hi Cristina and Kyle!!!

    Congratulations on the planning of your Walt Disney World Vacation!!  I know how excited I get in the planning stages of a vacation and I am thrilled that you have allowed me to share in your excitement!!

    The only discounts that are usually out there are Military and Florida Resident Discounts.  Disney Vacation Club Members also receive a pretty nice discount on Annual Passes.  There may be some other special discounts if you are there for a convention or other Disney sponsored activity.  Other than that, Walt Disney World Park Tickets usually are not discounted. 

    A lot of people buy their tickets from a third party "authorized" retailer.  You can occasionally save a little on tickets, but I always caution people that you aren't necessarily 100% sure of what you are buying.  The only sure way to know what you are buying is if you get them directly from Walt Disney World.  You can either buy them over the phone or online at the Walt Disney World Ticket Store.  Once you order your tickets, you can either pay a small fee to have them shipped to you or pick them up at a Will Call Ticket Booth at any of the four theme parks when you arrive in Orlando.
