Hi there, Rulynn! Thanks for popping in to planDisney with your question. You’re smart to be thinking about how to keep your toddlers refueled throughout the day!
Good news, you can bring your own food and drinks into the parks. There are some limitations on packaging so it’s good to reference the
permitted items list. For example, there are some restrictions on glass containers. Also, you can bring a small cooler that would fit in your backpack, along with reusable ice packs, however loose ice is not permitted.
My family likes to pack a few munchies, such as chips, fruit, granola bars, sandwiches, and trail mix. Even though we purchase special Disney snacks to munch on during the day (a favorite being
Mickey-shaped Beignets at the Mint Julep Bar) it's handy to have some snacks with you as well.
I also strongly recommend bringing reusable water bottles, as the refilling stations are open now. You can search within the
Disneyland mobile app for "water refilling stations" to locate them easily. You’ll want to keep the crew hydrated throughout your busy day.
Rulynn, since you mentioned you have toddlers, I am not sure if you have heard about
Baby Care Centers, but they are a true gift to parents and caregivers of little Mouseketeers! I spent many moments inside the
Baby Care Centers when my girls were little. They have several amenities, such as changing rooms, nursing areas, toddler-sized toilets, and more. Use of Baby Care Centers is complimentary. It’s a lovely place to cool off and regroup. They have a Baby Care Center inside each of the theme parks.
Wishing you many magical memories to take home with you. Have a blast, to infinity and beyond!
