Trying to figure out multipass at Epcot. I really only will use it for the tier 1 rides. If I only prebook Remy and no other rides, scan in to it, would I be able to go in and reserve for Soarin or Frozen right after? Or do I have to book tier 2 as well?

Hello! Bienvenue! And Wilkommen to planDisney, Marta. Gracias for stopping by on your way to becoming a World Explorer.

Using a Lightning Lane Multi Pass can help you breeze through some lines as you are navigating your way around EPCOT. You can purchase the Multi Pass and select three attractions before your day in the magic. As you know, the experiences are divided into two groups when you make your initial purchase. You can pick one from Frozen Ever AfterRemy's Ratatouille Adventure, or Soarin' Around the World. And you can make two additional selections from the other group, which includes Spaceship Earth, Turtle Talk with Crush and many others.

After enjoying your first Lightning Lane entry, you can choose additional attractions from either group. However, you can only make one selection at a time, even if you have only booked one in advance. I also learned today that the system will only allow you to select a second experience from the first group after booking two or more attractions in the second group. There is no advantage in only making one selection ahead of time. In fact, it's better to go ahead and make all three.

Based on what I have heard from friends' experience, the attractions from the first tier are likely to be available later in the day since the first day of your vacation is near the end of other Guests' trips.

I would do this: When you purchase your Multi Pass, pick Remy's Ratatouille Adventure and the attractions in the other group with the earliest availability. Once you have enjoyed that first attraction, make an additional selection for Soarin'. Then, immediately modify your other selection from the second group for Frozen Ever After.

Of course, all of this is limited to what is available at the time. But the earlier you redeem a pass, the earlier you will have access to make additional selections and modifications.

Marta, I hope this information helps. If you have any other questions as you plan your day traveling the world, feel free to stop by planDisney. We're here to help!
