I am trying to figure out how much money to budget for our first WDW trip. We will be staying for 6 nights, 7 days. Our package includes our hotel, park passes, 2 meals and 1 snack per person per day. What more should I plan to spend for family of 4?

    Hi Tammy,

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel.  This can be tricky because it really depends on your family and your personal spending habits.  At least you have your dining plan and two meals a day.  Does your family normally eat two or three meals a day?  How often do you snack?  Will you want to buy souvenirs?  I cannot enter a gift shop without buying something with the name "Disney" and I also cannot walk pass a funnel cake or cotton candy.

There's many things to take into consideration.  I would suggest to sit down with your family and talk this through.  I always tell my Prince Charming that I will eat everything in sight and buy a ton of Disney magnets.  I hope this helps!

    Have a magical day!
