Scott, since you confirmed with your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you should be all set from a reservation point of view.
One suggestion I do have is signing out and signing back into your
My Disney Experience mobile app. This might refresh your app so it shows the correct information. I think it’s super helpful to have your hotel linked in your My Disney Experience mobile app because you can access your room key, look at a map of the Resort, and even mobile order at select restaurants all from the palm of your hand! So, it will be pretty important to have the correct information in the app.
Another thing you could do is reach out to the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk. They might be able to walk you through re-linking your reservation so the correct hotel shows up. If you’ve already created your
Disney Park Pass reservations for your Theme Park tickets, you’ll want to remind the Cast Member of that and also have your confirmation number handy. Currently, the phone lines open around 7:00 a.m. Eastern. I suggest setting a reminder to call so you’re among some of the first guests on the line!
