I am trying to figure out which dining plan would be best for me I will be traveling in 2013 with my wife three kids and my roommate between the 15th of April through the 22nd of april

    Hi, William!

Each of the tiers of the Disney Dining Plan is very specifically tailored to different kind of appetites. That said, you and your travel party will need to decide which of the options best suits your collective "eating style," since you will all be on the same tier of the plan.

If your group is made up of primarily lighter eaters, look into the Quick Service meal plan. That will also allow you to maximize your activity time, since you will not be locked into sit-down meals.

On the other hand, the plans offering table service will enable the best of both worlds: quick service and the ability to experience character dining, Signature Dining, and "regular" table service meals. If you're willing to give up some of your activity time, then that might be a different, wonderful set of experiences for you.

And if you're ready to go out of the Parks an sample some of Disney's "extra" magic, check into the Premium and Platinum plans. Depending upon the ages of the children, however, you might want to focus your time on the Parks themselves.

This is a decision that only you and your travel party can make, and it's a wonderful dilemma to have, isn't it? Happy planning!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
