We are trying to figure out breakfast for our trip. We are staying at the Pop Century. It looks like room service is unavailable and things don't open until 10:00am. What do you suggest for breakfast?

Hello, Adrienne! I bet you are getting so excited for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. It's getting so close, the countdown is on!

Adrienne, I think you'll be happy to know that The Everything POP Shopping & Dining area (which is the food court area for your Disney's Pop Century Resort) is actually going to be opening at 7:00 a.m. every day during your vacation. To view the calendar for operating hours, visit the Everything POP Shopping & Dining website and select the calendar icon. It will pull up a monthly calendar that you can view all of the dates of your vacation. The Everything Pop Shopping & Dining area is where you can grab a bite to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also get a late-night bite until about 10:00 p.m. each day. For breakfast, you can find offerings like breakfast sandwiches, omelets, breakfast platters and my favorite, Mickey Waffles. For lunch and dinner, you can find favorites like pizza and burgers and some of those iconic dishes like pot roast, a turkey dinner plate and roasted salmon dinner. I can attest that almost everything you can find here is absolutely delicious.

Most quick-service dining locations are currently only accepting mobile orders at this time. You'll need to make sure you have the MyDisneyExperience app downloaded to your smartphone before your trip. When you are ready to eat, simply open the app and tap on the three horizontal lines icon at the bottom of your screen. Then you'll select the "Mobile Food Orders" option. Next, select "Create New Order" and from there you can select the quick-service dining location you wish to order from and your arrival window. Once that is selected you'll be able to view the menu, customize your order and pay. When your food is ready, you'll receive a push notification to your phone letting you know and telling you what window bay you can pick it up in. It's such a convenient process that I hope this sticks around even after things so back to normal.

I'm really glad you are going to be able to grab breakfast at Disney's Pop Century Resort before you visit the Walt Disney World Theme Parks each day. If you have any other questions before your trip, I'd love for you to come back and ask me

    Enjoy!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
