Trying to figure out best room request @ BLT and am a little confused about the layout. If you are not on the floor that has the skybridge to CR, do you have to exit (go outside) @ BLT to get to CR? It seems I have read that in other boards, but am unsure.

    Hello Tami!

There is so much information out there,  and it's no surprise that it certainly can be confusing.  I have stayed at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort many times.  Let me try to help.

You certainly can access the Contemporary Resort from the ground level of Bay Lake Tower.  However, you can also access it from Bay Lake Tower via the Sky Bridge, regardless of what floor you are on.  Here's what you'll need to do.  From Bay Lake Tower, take the elevator to the 5th floor.  The 5th floor of Bay Lake Tower actually connects to the 4th floor of the Contemporary Resort.  Voila! You are there!

Come on back and ask me any other questions you might have about your upcoming stay. I'm happy to help!

Until then, I wish you a magical vacation.
