I am trying to figure out what would be the best way to buy a 10 day base ticket. Should I buy them off the internet from Disney or go to the Disney store? Is there some other place I can get them cheaper then these places? I don't know which is better.

I usually purchase our tickets from a ticket broker such as Undercover Tourist and use the link from the Mousesavers Newsletter to yield the best savings. You can sign up for the free newsletter at mousesavers.com.

Here’s an example of different prices on a 10-day adult base ticket including tax:

    WDW website $239.63
    Undercover Tourist $235.95
Undercover Tourist using link via Mousesavers newsletter $231.95

If you have a AAA membership, your office may have the park tickets at a discount. Sometimes they only have a certain amount of days available, such as a 5 or 7 day ticket.

There is no difference in price when purchasing your tickets from Disney whether online, at the store or upon arrival. Note that sometimes the Disney store will not have all ticket types available. Ticket discounts are very difficult to find. The best discounts I ever secured were through a Corporate Sponsor as my parents worked for Eastman Kodak. When they purchased tickets through their Human Resources office there was an approximately 20% savings. I always suggest that you check with your Human Resources department first.

When comparing prices remember to factor in sales tax and/or shipping.
