I am trying to get 3 FastPasses for Epcot, but it will only allow me two. Why is this? I thought each park allowed a total of three each day, more if you use all three and try to get more before it's too late.

    Hi James!

Yikes! I hope you have gotten this problem fixed so you could get your three FastPasses made for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. If not then let me walk you through some possible solutions.

First of all every guest is allowed to reserve up to three FastPasses for each park , each day of their visit. One of the reasons why you might not be allowed to make your third choice is because several of the parks have a tiered system. There are several attractions listed in Tier 1 and the rest in Tier 2. Guests are only allowed to choose one attraction from Tier 1 and then the other two from Tier 2 to make up their three per day. You might be trying to choose two from Tier 1 and that is why you are not being able to confirm that. The Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom parks all have tier systems for the FastPass selection.

If you have done all of the correct selecting from the tiers and are still having issues then please call 407-939-4357 and get assistance from the Disney FastPass team. They can identify any issues and assist you and make it right for you immediately. Sometimes things happen and the technical department comes to our rescue.

Wishing you FastPasses for all the attractions you had hoped to receive. There is so much to see and do at all of the parks and selecting just three a day is one of the hardest jobs when planning a Disney vacation!
