Trying to estimate arrival at WDW after flight in. If flight arrives (on time) at 1:40 what time would we feasibly be dropped off by WDW transportation at Wilderness Lodge? And how long does check-in typically take? When would we be in room? Thx.

Hello, Patrick!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

I am thrilled to see that you are trying to lock down your times for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!  Utilizing every minute of the day is the best way to get the most out of your MAGICAL journey.

Once you arrive at the Orlando International Airport (MCO), I would set aside at least an hour to an hour and a half to arrive at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  There will be stops at other resorts and it just depends on where your resort stop falls.  I will keep my fingers crossed that your resort is the first stop.

Upon arrival at your resort, your check-in typically takes about ten to fifteen minutes.  Of course, this all depends on crowd levels, but it really should not take longer than this.  Should you arrive prior to 3pm, you can still check-in, but your room may not be ready.  However, based on your arrival time, you should be able to check-in and head straight to your room.  Hopefully, you will be in your room between 3:30 and 4:00.

I hope this helps as you continue planning for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.  May it be filled with many beautiful and MAGICAL memories.
