    When trying to enter the confirmation number it says tickets are already linked, but when trying to reserve a park it says our tickets are invalid? We go next week, I’ve been calling and put on hold the past 3 days. What do we do?

    Gawrsh! Technology is fantastic until we have to deal with glitches. Let's try to troubleshoot a couple of common issues. After a little worldwide web search, I have found your error message may be the result of not using a recommended browser. For a complete compatible list click here. Secondly, I would clear the cache and cookies in the web browser you are using.

    If these suggestions fail to solve your issues, it is time to either make a call at (407) 939-7765 or utilize the chat feature either online or in your My Disney Experience Mobile App. With the long wait times as of late on hold, I personally choose to use my mobile app for questions as I can carry on with work or my day while I wait for assistance from a friendly Cast Member.

    Make sure not to miss the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts during your visit! Grab an artful delight from one of the many food studios located throughout the theme park.
