I am trying to download all the photos from my photopass after our holiday. Memory maker was included in my package but I can't find a memory maker ID. Where can I find it?

    Hi Jacquelyn,

Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question. I hope you had an amazing visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

Since Memory Maker was included in your package, it should have been automatically linked to your My Disney Experience account when you booked. You should be able to visit your Disney PhotoPass gallery and download your photos by selecting a photo and clicking the blue “Download” button near the top of the page. Don’t forget that your Disney PhotoPass photos expire 45 days after the date they are taken, so you should download them as soon as you can.

If you are still prompted to enter a Memory Maker ID, I recommend searching for your booking confirmation email for any ID numbers associated with your booking. If you are unable to find this information, I recommend calling or emailing the Disney Experts for assistance in finding your information.

I hope this helps guide you in the right direction, Jacquelyn. If you have any future questions, we are here to help with all stages of your vacation, from planning to beyond the theme parks.

    Let the wonder take hold,
    Kaitlin
