With your adjusted settings that should help with the
Disney PhotoPass downloads; have you tried using another website browser? Sometimes using a different browser has helped me in the past. Even closing out of your current browser and signing back in could be helpful as well!
If that adjustment still doesn’t help, I suggest downloading your pictures from the
My Disney Experience mobile app, saving them to your phone, then sharing the photos with your computer by sending them via email. To do this, open your app and select the three horizontal lines. Next, select the “Photos” box and from there you should see all your PhotoPass pictures. Just select one to make it larger and press the “Save” button!
If the above doesn’t work or you’re still having the issue with your online downloads, you can also connect with the
Disney PhotoPass help desk. They will be able to walk with you step by step to get everything downloaded.
